Pastries as beautiful as they are exquisite, and what a pleasure it is to taste them and realize that at the end it’s not the sugar that lingers in the mouth but an explosion of flavors! It’s priceless when you want to continue to enjoy good food and take care of your health. In any case, I’d like to thank the staff, who are professional, attentive and very kind. I highly recommend it and hope you’ll open a store near me!

In a word: SUCCULENT! I’m a regular customer of some of the biggest names in patisserie (Philippe Conticini, Cédric Grolet…) and I can assure you that Les Belles Envies has absolutely nothing to envy them… and yet I’m rather (very) demanding! Their pastries are to die for! Especially the pistachio tart, which is just incredible, and the chocolate tart with its mango trompe-l’oeil are just as excellent! All this for less than 6.5€ (where top chefs sell their pastries double the price for the same quality)! It should also be pointed out that pastries are low GI. In short, it’s close to PERFECTION!

Visited yesterday and made a wonderful discovery! I received a warm welcome and was given detailed advice on the products on offer. Today I tested a cookie and a lemon cake, a delight. What a joy to eat a sweet treat without a blood sugar spike! I’m living better with my gestational diabetes, and mom and baby are delighted. The father-to-be, who had no dietary restrictions, also found the cookies delicious.
